Refund Policy

SouqGig is operated by Azwar — Ontario, Canada

This refund policy applies to purchases made through SouqGig, operated by Azwar, a sole proprietorship registered in Ontario, Canada. By purchasing a membership on SouqGig you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Membership Fees

All membership fees paid to SouqGig are generally non-refundable. When you purchase a membership you are paying for immediate access to the platform, including the ability to post gig requests, view verified company listings, and access on-platform communication tools.

2. Exceptions

Azwar may issue a refund at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error due to a technical fault on our platform
  • You were charged after cancelling your membership within the same billing cycle
  • You are entitled to a refund under applicable Canadian consumer protection law

Note: SouqGig membership fees cover access to the platform only. Azwar is not responsible for and does not issue refunds for any services arranged between members and verified companies through the platform. Any disputes regarding services should be resolved directly between the buyer and the service provider.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your SouqGig membership at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under one of the eligible exceptions above, please contact us at info@souqgig.com with your account email address, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
