By accessing or using SouqGig, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use SouqGig.

1. About This Site

SouqGig is owned and operated by Azwar, a registered Ontario sole proprietorship (registrant: Shiyam Azwar). Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Azwar.

SouqGig connects individuals and businesses seeking services with verified companies that can fulfill those requests. All gig requests and company applications are subject to manual review and approval before going live on the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use SouqGig you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Membership and Payment

Access to SouqGig requires a paid membership. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as selected at signup
• All fees are charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe on behalf of Azwar
• Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• You may cancel your membership at any time and access will continue until the end of your billing period
• Azwar reserves the right to change membership pricing with reasonable notice

4. Appropriate Use

SouqGig is a platform for lawful, appropriate service requests and responses. By using the platform you agree not to post, submit or promote:

• Requests or services that are illegal under Canadian law or the laws of your jurisdiction
• Services or requests related to alcohol, gambling, adult content, or any activity that is morally objectionable
• Misleading, fraudulent or deceptive content of any kind
• Content that harasses, threatens or harms other users
• Spam, unsolicited communications or automated submissions

Azwar reserves the right to reject, remove or decline any gig request or company application that does not meet platform standards, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

5. Company Verification

Companies wishing to respond to gig requests must apply for verified status. Verification requires:

• A legitimate business website
• A publicly listed contact phone number on the company website
• A verifiable presence on Google with genuine customer reviews
• Manual approval by the SouqGig team

Verified status may be revoked at any time if a company is found to have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that undermines trust on the platform.

6. Transactions Between Members

SouqGig facilitates connections between buyers and verified companies. All service agreements, payments for services, and disputes arising from services are strictly between the buyer and the company. Azwar is not a party to any service transaction and accepts no liability for the outcome of any service arranged through the platform.

7. On-Platform Communication

All communication between gig posters and companies must take place through SouqGig’s on-platform messaging system. Sharing personal contact information for the purpose of circumventing the platform is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding and materials on SouqGig are the property of Azwar and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission. Members retain ownership of content they submit to the platform but grant Azwar a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content in connection with operating the platform.

9. Termination

Azwar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or acts in a manner that is harmful to other members or the platform, without prior notice and without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azwar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of SouqGig or from any services arranged through the platform. Our total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount paid by that member in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

12. Changes to These Terms

Azwar may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SouqGig after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify members of material changes by email where possible.
